This is a system which recognizes the product weighed. The system recognizes the product by various methods depending on the product and the industry. Automated recognition is generally done by barcodes, magnetic cards, touch keys, chip cards, wireless transmitters or by cameras.

The information gathered is entered into a computer terminal automatically. Due to the nature of this system the user does not interfere with the product recognition, thus enabling the system to work at optimum speed.
