With its updated hardware, bright display and specialized hopper scale software, the new ECI indicator offers functionality, performance and convenience significantly exceeding industrial standards. In addition to the standard features of the ECI indicator, the ECI-HS model provides adjustable coarse-fine dosing, quantity dosing, flow measurement and automatic shot calculation, which facilitates automation.

Calibration:

With the standard “Calibration Doctor” function, the ECI indicator allows easy calibration while checking its quality. This prevents errors or incomplete calibration. In addition, calibration can be performed with reference weights, digitally by entering values or via the load cell mV input. Since the indicator allows a backup of the calibration values to be saved on the main board, these values can be restored in case of a fault.

Special Filtering (gResolver Filtering):

The ECI indicator includes special interference filtering software (gResolver Special Filtering). This technology removes harmful vibrations that can affect the weighing process, providing both precision and speed in measurements.
