TR-3 Load Cell Analog Signal Transmitter

TR3 is a microprocessor-based transmitter that processes load cell signals for industrial use. It serves as a signal converter for PLCs or similar industrial control devices in weighing, batching, level control, and process control applications. With a user-settable relay output, it can control stand-alone automation systems for simple tasks like on-off switching and filling/emptying.

The rail-mounting case integrates seamlessly with other panel components and simplifies connections. Designed for industrial environments, the device features three-way galvanic isolation. This eliminates the risk of load cell damage from leakage currents and ensures output stability is unaffected by electrical noise. Since all adjustments are made via buttons, the drift common in potentiometric elements is eliminated.
